The car didn't crank at all once I got there they had to jump it and the tires were a little flat even though they knew I was coming this was not prepped.

Great experience

I did not spend a lot of time with the staff. I only met one person.He was not very good at communicating. The vehicle that we went to see was awful. It looked nothing like what was advertised. He then showed us a Toyota SUV. That was worse than the GMC. We just left.

Responds quickly and very interested in helping me

It seems to me they were not remotely interested in even attempting to sell this vehicle. I was in contact with various members through text and email and every time was told a member of their "team" would be in touch. They would ask me if i had any questions about the vehicle and when i asked questions about the vehicle i was ignored. They would only respond "when can we schedule you an appointment." I reminded them to please respond to my questions about the vehicle as i live 60 miles from their dealership and didnt want to make the drive without knowing more about the vehicle. This went on for 6 days before i moved on.
