After he sent me a video walkaround of the truck, I noticed several hail dents and expressed my concerns about purchasing a vehicle with hail damage. He explained to me it was listed on their website under the hail damaged discounted vehicles. I told him I had been viewing the truck on the car gurus site, which did not state any hail damage. I explained to him that it may have been a misunderstanding. I was no longer interested. I am very happy to say that Ryan and the Edwards Auto Group are taking care of those issues and I will be buying this vehicle and having it shipped to my home. Excited and so happy I reached out to Ryan about the truck. You simply must call them for all your vehicle needs.

So the sales staff I have talked to have been super polite and professional. The vehicle I am looking at doesn't run at this time. Have plans for it. Communication is very good!!!
