Ask for pictures was told they were coming never did if they going to put a vehicle online with no pictures they can expect to be asked to send them how else do you know if your interested?

The person that responded didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. Just wanted to know when I was coming. They asked if I needed financing. I said NO, but…..they sent my number and email to financing companies anyway. So I started getting 100 calls from lending tree and finance companies. I never went to look at the vehicle, and I would never deal with this company again.

Not willing to deal on price telling me they are firm on it then less then a week u drop the price so sounds like u don't won't to deal at all

If I could give a 0 star I would. I made an appointment for a test drive and they sent the car to another dealer before my appointment with no notification. I was basically told “that’s the car business.” Horrible professionalism and very poor customer service. No one at the top knew anything about the situation but wasn’t willing to offer any help.
