Ending up making a $40k purchase, but didn't get the service expected. I only buy pre-owned and any time I've had a repair order it has been dealt with to my satisfaction. Carmax sets the repair date outside of the 10 return window and barely addresses the issue. Took the car back in and "fixed" it in less that 4 hours. Why set the appointment after the 10 day window? Scammed and disappointed once the purchase was made. Barely there aftercare. I won't go back.

I am very pleased and satisfied with Lexus Escondido. I would like to note the professionalism displayed by Mr. Richard Fortenberry. He was willing to go that extra mile to help me. If you are looking to buy a Lexus, Lexus Escondido is the place to go and Richard is the guy to see.

This dealer tried bait and switch tactics, they said the car I was supposed to go and see just got purchased the night before, even though we setup an appointment in advance for me to come in for a test drive. Low and behold the replacement vehicle was staged and ready to go out front. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an honest deal

The car-salesmen were aggressive. They didn’t let me know that the car I made an appointment to see had sold. Then they aggressively called me about five times to try to upsell me other cars while letting me know that I was incorrect in assuming the car I made an appointment to see should’ve been there. I assumed I would’ve been notified.

The transaction was very smooth and easy nextgen is small but efficient and are great guys to work with! I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle I recommend checking thease guys out !
