I was alerted to this vehicle about an hour after it was posted and immediately reached out for more information. I was contacted by Christian and I asked if additional photos were available. I was told higher-quality photos would be posted later and that I would receive photos via text within the hour. Several days passed and I never received any photos or follow-up. When I checked the listing again, I saw the dealership had updated the photos online. I reached back out to schedule an appointment, and was told the vehicle had already been sold. My frustration isn't that I missed out on the vehicle. Cars sell quickly. It's that I was told I would receive information and never heard back. If you're going to make a commitment to a customer, follow through or provide an update. My parents have purchased three new vehicles from this dealership and had positive experiences, which makes this even more disappointing. The lack of communication was unprofessional and left a poor impression.

Carlisle made my purchase very simple very easy. He answered all questions in a timely fashion. He was very open and honest his description of the vehicle was extremely accurate provided assistance when I needed it. I can’t say enough good things about Carlisle and my experience there.

Wonderful helpful staff

Most of the time they was helpful. The financing was good at saling the truck but didn't answer my phone call after the paperwork was done. I had questions about my bill and the extra charges that added up out of nowhere 😐

They were helpful and easy to work with. They went the extra mile to help seal the deal.
