Encounter at the dealership I thought went great. However, after providing our info and the situation I felt a little brushed off. I didn’t really pay no mind to it or want to make something out of nothing. Anyhow after giving the info, Ms, quickly said the lenders were closed and we’ll get back to you. “I’ll work with the lenders on Monday and get back to you on Monday,” she said. At that point I felt rushed but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt, it was Saturday…we’ll wait for Monday. Monday came and left with no word. Maybe they were super busy and did not have the time to touch base. It felt like they didn’t want our business. So Tuesday comes nearly past noon still no follow up call, so I call and follow up. It was like really they didn’t want our business. Unfortunately we were denied. Perhaps for the best. I was excited to work with them after seeing the other reviews on google but it just didn’t work out. Nonetheless, I hope the best for their business. Thank you.
