Getting clear, direct answers about pricing, fees, and financing was like pulling teeth—everything felt vague, deflected, or redirected into more questions instead of straight information. I could never get a clean, transparent out-the-door breakdown without repeated follow-ups, and even then it never felt complete. The whole process felt unnecessarily opaque, and I eventually walked away entirely and bought from a private seller on Craigslist, which was far more straightforward. This experience made it impossible to trust or feel comfortable moving forward with a dealership purchase.
