Very pleased with my experience at Casa de Cadillac, I was contacted by Tyson Williams of internet sales, I visited the dealer and Eric showed me the XT5 I was interested in, I finalized the purchase with Mariola Sharsky, Fleet Manager, Joe Baba handled the financial details. When I 1st called I spoke to Robert. He was helpful and made making an appointment easy. He introduced me to Matt once I arrived. Matt also was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient. Went for a test drive and started the paperwork. I am very happy with the service that I received. They made the sale happen smoothly. Still took about 3 hours. I believe that was more due to contacting my bank on a Saturday.

We did not meet up. They were just very professional.

The Carfax showed no crash info, the PPI intake showed a checklist of no issues, however, the actual service department forms showed two panels of repairs from a body shop and rear gate realignment. They can’t be trusted in their paperwork. Note: if you see a Mercedes or Porsche from auction at a Cadillac dealer and their paperwork looks perfect on their pre purchase / intake - be very suspicious.

The associate got mad when I told him that I was going through my credit union and hung up on me. Very unprofessional
