Car is great so far. Our first rep was nice but I think got fired before we could really discuss ANY details. Sold it to ourselves after a test drive. Closer was in a hurry to get the papers signed and get us out. We basically ran behind as he hurried us up and down the halls, then sped through signatures - felt rushed. He did uphold the first guy's promise of 2 keys without issue when I asked, that was great, but it was clear there was no transfer of info when the first guy was let go. I was the main signer on every piece of information we submitted, advised my husband cannot talk during the workday, and this new rep continued to reach out only to him. No need to speak with the man when I made it clear I was the point of contact. In the survey sent after, he didn't even spell out my name, just a lowercase first initial. Dave in finance was fantastic, took time to explain everything he asked us to sign and outline what to expect next. We really appreciated Dave's help and kindness.
