Zero transparency. We agreed to a $43,600 price on a Lyriq before I arrived. I spent three hours on-site and authorized a hard credit pull based on that exact number. The moment my credit took the hit, they demanded a mandatory, unadvertised $2,000 fee. They completely refused to honor the original price, leaving me with a pointless ding to my credit score. Management ignored all my attempts to resolve this. Do not step foot on this lot without an itemized out-the-door price in writing.
