I got to work with a great sales rep, but their used car manager was trying to squeeze every penny out of me they could, and made a near offensive trade-in offer. I found the truck I wanted, but they were unwilling to properly negotiate on an appropriate price and we're pretty deceitful with claimed "discounts" while also taxing add-on service items.
