The Staff at Frank Kent was awesome they were very helpful and very informative. The vehicle that was advertise was as nice as a Brand New One and yes I Bought the Vehicle and very pleased with it. BART the sales Representative was very helpful and did a great job and the financing only took 10 minutes max in and out Great People to Deal with wouldn’t change a thing.

James was very helpful and has kept in contact with me as we continue to search for what I want.

There’s a white 2019 Cadillac Escalade that still advertise four days later I was toldup on my visit that the vehicle sold if it did why it continues to advertise for sale to get me there to continue to throw the 2017 in my face to me that’s worthless and continue to text me about the 2017 when I asked about the 2019

Everything was good we just couldn’t agree on a price they refused to come down on the price. I made 3 offers and basically was laugh at.people just going and paying what they ask as long as they get there payments right even if it’s for 84 months. People are crazy and the dealers are taking advantage of people. One day not long from now the tables will turn.
