We bought a 2018 GMC Terrain, very nice vehicle. It had a damaged passenger side window. They installed a new mirror free of charge before we completed our purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They were going to call me back about financing if they had a question on my information and I had to call them back 4 times in a week because I never heard from them. When I didn't hear back nobody answered the phones and/or the voicemail boxes were always full for messages. By the time I got them in person a week later, the vehicle I was interested in was sold and they were still supposed to call me back with another answer but I still haven't heard as promised. Two weeks wasted and we thought about paying cash. I would not recommend or waste my time. They obviously do not want business or to help people. Sad. I NEVER complain but this was very disappointing as we have not purchased a vehicle in many years and were very excited to do so and help smaller businesses. I guess we will stick with those sellers we know instead.
