The experience was not good. This dealership is trying to sell a used car at a new car price I don't understand their thinking. All of their EV's are way over priced. Not sure if the person in charge of electric vehicles does not know what they're doing or what? But this dealership is way overpriced on EV's. They are not even reasonable with counter offers. Just not a good place to buy EV's Which is too bad, Because I was looking for that exact car.

Car was in horrible body shape, with no knowledge of what was under all the paint. Paint was slopped on windows, tired, and black tread. Was told price was in top 3% of prices in the country. I ended up going elsewhere and found a 2016 scion with only 5,000 more miles for $1,000 cheaper in much better shape.

This review is about after the purchase, they offered to deliver the truck to my house for having to be in the area on other business that Monday. I get home from work, truck is there, they gave the keys to the wife, I go out and the key fobs don't unlock the doors, one fob is for an suv with 6 buttons, and no battery, the other is 2 button factory with dead battery, replace battery and nothing, have to open with keyed lock. Call the dealership, ask for the salesman, explain situation, oh, "He's with a customer now", I gave him the message, and he'll call you back, okay, this was 5 days in a row I called and got the same reply, last day I called and got a, "our parts department is looking onto it, and will get back to you", 15 days later and still no reply, yes it's a used vehicle, and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the key fobs, at least 1 should work. now I have to purchase them for 300.00 a piece with programming. Not happy about this.

Absolutely terrible situation told me.The vehicle was there drove over an hour to get there and it was sold the day before
