I called with questions. The first salesman never got back with me. But I called again and got pictures of the car right away and my questions answered

Reached out with specific questions so I had details to decide if it was worth my 1 hr drive one way or not. Of course NO ONE ever answers your questions ONLY tell you to come in thinking they’ll get the leverage. Be honest and up front with customers at least me if you want my business. The manager then followed up saying XXX followed up with you wondering ….. uh, NO never heard or spoke with that person. Seemed like auto chip follow ups. You want my business. Be personable value me and my time be honest and let’s chat. Not ever going somewhere that far for smthg I was super interested if you’re just pressuring ppl to come in. “Oh lots of interest you must come in ASAP before it’s sold”. Like answer my questions talk to me and let’s make smthg happen.

Dealership responded promptly and positively to my inquiry. Very friendly salesman that went out his way to make a sale. Hats off to Montrose dealership

Sent away for info on a car. Looking to get estimates on monthly payment and terms. Every other dealership was able to provide this but this dealership wouldn't. They wanted us to come in person. Im not driving over 90 mins not knowing even a round about number. Very bad communication

This dealer has been really good so far. We will see how things go as we finish the process.

Tried to purchase vehicle on 3 separate occasions and was told it was sold right before I called the last time. Dealership was supposed to do a FaceTime call with me to purchase vehicle but never called when they were supposed at set time. I had to contact them and got told I’ll get a call back. The girl that called said” I’m just the messenger “. Very unprofessional.

The vehicle was even cleaner than the picture. The staff was super helpful. If I need a car again I will check them out
