Working with dealership on out the door price on a new vehicle. Trying to get ceramic exterior/interior treatment dealer add on removed from out the door price. Dealership said they would cut it in half. Later dealership said they sold the vehicle which was a complete lie. Instead they jacked up the price higher by $3k. To this day it is still for sale.

Asked all the right questions when calling and before making the 2 hour trip and when we arrived there, vehicle wasn't ready AND the engine light was on. When asked the code for the light the salesman said 'misfire'. There was no need to go any further. We have been looking for a long time and shooting the whole afternoon for a vehicle that was supposed to be ready to go was a huge disappointment.

Very friendly ownership & staff. Easy to deal with, loved the small town atmosphere. Felt very welcome & comfortable with no pressure at all. Would go back again & recommend dealership to others.
