My experience was disappointing. The dealership has deceptive practices and the car needs repairs that they assured me would be taken care of only for them not to honor their word and claim to have told me that they couldn't complete all needed repairs. I would advise against purchasing from this dealership.

I had worked out a deal with Jose Hernandez for a 2022 850i coupe but then decided I wanted to buy a 2022 750i from the adjacent dealers lot. I called Jose to see if he could get me a deal put together for that sedan and he said he would check. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard from him since. The sales manager I originally spoke to was not able to deal with me on price.
