The GMC was sold earlier in the day. They did call me to inform of the situation.

My experience with Ken Ganley was outstanding, in spite of the fact that I was unable to obtain financing. Salesman Joe Wild went above and beyond in working on financing options. He did everything possible to make the purchase happen, and he just couldn't work it out. As silly as it sounds, I really wouldn't mind going through it again (with different results, of course). Normally, the only thing worse than buying a car is a trip to the dentist for a rootcanal!!! This was actually a pleasant experience! Thank you, Ken Ganley, Sandusky, Ohio!!!

I mean they got back to me right away. However I choose another car from a different dealership. They did nothing wrong in this process. I simply choose a newer model with less miles.

Travelled 45 minutes to test drive and likely purchase this car. Received a text from the dealership on e hour prior confirming the appointment. Arrived and the gentleman we were in communication with wasn’t even there and the car was no longer available. So unprofessional. Will not entertain uttering this dealership ever again.

I was probably a pretty easy customer as the car was exactly what I wanted and it was a great price. Alann sent me a walk around video right away and was very helpful getting the purchase completed.

The overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people by starting the process on car gurus it saved me much time at the actual dealership. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It made my car buying experience a breeze Ryan was a big help as well as Richard and some of the other staff.
