They did not tell you the truck did not start , don't you think that might be a thing you would want people to know before they waste there time look into a vehicle.

I was contacted right away. I decided not to purchase the vehicle but I would have no worries about purchasing from them.

I messaged the dealer from the site to check if the vehicle was still available. I did get an email back for awhile so I called the dealership and left my phone number asking for a call. Then I did get an email saying that the vehicle (they were not specific about which one I had asked about) was not available. I then emailed them back with my phone number asking for a call. Still no response. So I called the dealership a second time the following day leaving my phone number again. I never received a real phone call from a salesman. I did email them back again letting them know I could be taken off their check on me list and about the communication issues. I understand that we can live in a technological world. However, there is still something to be said about an actual live person returning your call and good customer service.
