This dealership is located in Hammond, LA. I'm located in Memphis. I contacted the dealership about the vehicle & I was connected to a salesman that goes by CJ. I told text him on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, to let him know that I was coming to get the truck on Thursday. He asked me around what time would I be there. I gave him the time I would be there. Replied back with the address of the dealership & told me great, see ya then. I contacted him the very next day and told him that I would be coming a day sooner instead of Thursday. As I'm on my way from Memphis to Louisana, CJ text me to tell me that they sold the truck last night. So basically they sold the truck that Tuesday night after we had just communicated that I was coming to get it. Not once did CJ contact me to let me know that the Escalade had been sold. He didn't even ask me to put a deposit down to hold the truck. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. Very Bad Experience!
