Vince contacted me right away as I was out of town when the car was listed and I was notified by Car Gurus. He helped me the entire online process and he sent me pics and video. He even delivered the car to me! I noticed one item during test drive and his manager took care of it immediately! Great dealership!!

Trying to buy online and they stopped responding after I sent them all my proof of address and banking information they requested. Very poor customer service!!!

Excellent communication and very friendly, No pressure

I first inquired online for the vehicle and received an email that it was no longer available. I continued to see it posted available and a few weeks later, received an "automated" email that it was available but the price had increased. After quite a bit of back/forth with the sales rep, the manager approved selling to me at the originally published rate. I completed application online and was in the store for 90 minutes total to finalize everything. Overall, I would say satisfactory experience. If I had to pick a dealership, this would not be my first choice.
