Very disappointed in this dealership. Traveled almost 4 hours round trip to look at this vehicle. It was not cleaned or detailed. The wheels were in terrible condition and the luggage rack was in poor condition. The service manager indicated that they would not fix those items in order to sell the vehicle. The sales manager changed the listing price from $19,235 to $19,999 to make it appear that he was giving a discount for these issues which really just brought us around to the original asking price. So disappointing. The sales girl, Morgan, was great and did her best. That was the only positive I can state. I hope that not all Spitzer locations are like this one. I am sorry I do not like to make negative comments but do not want others to have the same experience.

I inquired on a car for sale and told them i had a vehicle to trade and they never answered me back, very poor customer service/communication any kind of response is better than nothing.. disappointing

Zach was great to work with, I was very impressed with the way he handles his interactions with his clients. i would recommend dealing with them anytime you are in the market for a car.
