Good service. Aiden was easy to deal with

After getting the vehicle home I noticed the inner fender well on the passenger side was hanging down slightly, which I failed to notice upon initial inspection. After looking into it further, there was damage to the fog light, and surrounding brackets that supported it, which appeared to have happened from underneath and wasn’t noticeable. After making them aware of it, I waited almost two weeks for an answer on what could be done about it. Communication between them was terrible, I had to be the one to initiate every call. I took pictures of the damage, and removed the broken parts and gave them part numbers hoping they would get me the parts and I would install them. They were not willing to do that, wanted me to bring the vehicle to them so their mechanics could evaluate it. By the time I travel back and forth, I can purchase the parts myself and install them cheaper. They were willing to work with me on the issue, but at no inconvenience to themselves, that was all on me.

I inquired on a car for sale and told them i had a vehicle to trade and they never answered me back, very poor customer service/communication any kind of response is better than nothing.. disappointing

Very disappointed in this dealership. Traveled almost 4 hours round trip to look at this vehicle. It was not cleaned or detailed. The wheels were in terrible condition and the luggage rack was in poor condition. The service manager indicated that they would not fix those items in order to sell the vehicle. The sales manager changed the listing price from $19,235 to $19,999 to make it appear that he was giving a discount for these issues which really just brought us around to the original asking price. So disappointing. The sales girl, Morgan, was great and did her best. That was the only positive I can state. I hope that not all Spitzer locations are like this one. I am sorry I do not like to make negative comments but do not want others to have the same experience.

Very good, breautify price
