I’m trying to buy a car and can’t get no one to call back, email back or nothing. I really want the car but the communication is not good at all. They seem like really nice people and will help you but then all communication stops

Poor sales staff, lie about having car in stock day of schedule showing and then tried to bait and switch me. Sad experience very sad.

Excellent experience. I did not buy their Ferrari as I got a more attractive trade in at another Ferrari dealership.

Everything was fine honestly, I feel there may have been a cultural barrier, only the woman who worked there really spoke to me directly. Everyone assumed the vehicle was for my husband and not me. But I completely understand, and I was not entirely offended, once it dawned on me. Vehicle was washed and inspected one more time before I left, they didn't leave much gas in it. But there's gas stations right up the road. I would definitely do business with them again. Getting approved for the loan, was super easy, honestly the entire experience was great. Very friendly staff, lots of vehicles to choose from, and oh, they even sent the carfax before I purchased it. That was a first for me when buying it used. So definitely give them a chance with all your governmental vehicle needs, both in commission and decomissioned. You will not be unpleased.

My salesman, Arkadii was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and great to work with. The only true downfall was that I attempted to purchase the vehicle on a Saturday and wire transfer payment for the payment was not available on a Saturday which required me to make the 3 hour trip a second time on the following Monday to pick up the vehicle.
