A very disappointing experience with this dealership. I called to inquire about a BMW 750. The website listed a price with shipping to my location. About 5-7 minutes into the conversation, I was suddenly informed of a $1,999 "clear coat" add on fee, something that was never disclosed upfront and the website shipping listed was also off by about $600. I told them no thanks and to have a good day. Then suddenly they removed both of these charges. They informed me that the car was in the shop for warranty work and Josh (0wner) said can I put a deposit down. I said yes i am more than happy to put a $1000 deposit down contingent that an independent inspection be performed and pass. Josh said he only accepts deposits from serious 100% committed buyers which I was by doing my due diligence. When I called the next day, Josh informed me that he took a deposit from someone who didn't need an inspection. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Misleading, undisclosed fees and unprofessional conduct.

I attempted to buy the vehicle and sent in the appropriate information and filled out whatever was asked of me. I let the seller know my situation and that if I couldn’t be financed on my own I could have a co-sign or make a cash offer. I didn’t hear back from the person after he made it sound as if we would work something out and then the vehicle was listed as sold. It would have been nice to have had a heads up that his business didn’t want my business by him rather than getting an update on CarGurus that the vehicle was no longer available.

Easy car buying experience

They were quick to respond to any question I had. The listing matched exactly what they were offering. The vehicle was extremely clean and I was offered the keys to inspect it as soon as I made myself known. My salesman offered to answer any questions I had onsite before the purchase. They Had great communication, willingness to work wth me but asking for over 20% plus 20% interest. Customer service was Great and staff. My credit is only 600 so I understand. Over all impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work wth me. 4 stars in regards to my experience and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them
