They were the absolute best people to do business with. Even though I probably bought the cheapest car there, they treated me with respect. They even had a driver deliver the car 45 minutes away. I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice. I took some time and ended up purchasing the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Very grateful for everyone’s kindness and professionalism. They have a great team at Ripley and Fletcher.
