Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice. I took some time and ended up purchasing the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Very grateful for everyone’s kindness and professionalism. They have a great team at Ripley and Fletcher. Thank you for being patient with me

Salesman was very responsive but not to the point where he was pushy. He listened to my needs and offered a few options and followed up with me but never gave me the hard sell

It was a little disappointing- I held off a day going to the dealership because they told me the car would be going through the shop to see what it needed. When I checked the morning I was going, someone came in with cash and scooped it up. Not the dealer's issue, someone comes in with cash and a hot hand you make the deal. I get it.
