I made an appointment to see their 2012 Toyota Camry XLE V6. The car was in much worse condition than what is portrayed on their website or this site’s pictures. Both back tires were flat, paint job was chipped, and fuel cover was dislodged. The salesman was unable to open the doors because the key remote was not working. Based on the car’s poor condition, it was evident the dealership did very little if anything at all to prepare it for sale. It definitely couldn’t have been test driven since both tires were flat. A more honest representation of this vehicle’s condition on the website or during our phone conversations prior to the appointment would have saved me a 1.5 hour drive to see it. Yes, used cars are expected to have ware and tear but this vehicle was far from any presale condition. They lost all credibility with me so I obviously left and had no interest in seeing anything else they had in inventory.
