The experience was positive and productive. Laura Russell has been everything that I could hope for in a a sales agent. The interaction was unpressured, and I felt throughout that she had my best interests in mind. I am currently attending to the paperwork and will drive home from Wiscasset Ford in what appears to be a fine automobile acquired at a reasonable price.

Salesman gaslight me on having this vehicle available for weeks as i waited, and checked in multiple times. Then sold it without letting me know, or making any attempt at getting back to me. Sucks to suck. Probably would have been interested in other vehicles in their inventory reguardless. Shit communication skills, doesn't exactly instill confidence

The name of the dealership is a perfect name. The Good Guys is a great business and the two owners are experienced car guys who know how to treat a customer. The selection of cars is very good especially if you like Volvos. They have up to date low milage cars that provide a good deal for car seekers. I plan on bringing a few family members to hopefully purchase a few cars from The Good Guys!
