Great communication from Ihab and straight forward info I was coming from out of town to buy a 2018 subaru outback they let me put a small down payment to hold vehicle so I could make arrangements they fixed and updated any issues with vehicle before I got there but there was a little issue with replacing the touch screen which took a little extra time but it was worth it cause they didn't rush the job and it was done perfectly while waiting in Ihab office I got a inside look at how they do business (owner Zee and Ihab) and I was impressed they are hard working honest men they don't cut corners and are Working tirelessly for their business and customers. The vehicle i purchases was everything they said it was it was very high mileage 183,000k+ which made me nervous but Ihab assured me vehicle was in great running condition no major issues they also fixed things that I wouldn't have probably noticed. Been over 2 months and car is running great still

Communicated with the dealer about the certification before deciding to drive there because of the drive distance. Provided information regarding my trade including pictures and was told they would contact me regarding the certification after being inspected by the service department. Contacted the dealer on Monday morning since they didn’t get back to me regarding the certification on Saturday and was told the truck was sold. Should have put a refundable deposit on the truck, which was my fault, but the dealer lacked follow up regarding the warranty.
