Dealerships near me (Blountville, TN)

The owner and team at Volunteer Motors we’re friendly, accessible, and not at all pushy… They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and I would not hesitate sending my friends to do business with them. As an example of their credibility, we did have a miscommunication on the final price, and they sided with me as the buyer - putting their reputation above profit. As a result, not only did I make the 2+ hour trip back to take delivery of the vehicle, I’m writing about it publicly here - again, I would definitely recommend Eric, Justin, and the staff as efficient, courteous professionals, who stood out in a sea of otherwise shady competitors.

Outstanding experience, fair, honest people that are kind and helpful. Will be buying my next vehicle from them

Terrible place to get a car , I tried an tried to talk text an went there twice but very unprofessional I sent several messages an text plus sent availability to them but never no response so guess they don’t wanna sell cars an someone told me they wouldn’t buy anything from that place

I didn’t buy it, because they never responded to my request for info. Ended up getting another truck here locally.

Professional and sharp young salesman, Seth, answered all our questions. He was a walking expert on the 3 different models we scrutinized. From all observations, the team of reps were genuinely interested in manners and accommodating the buyers. Seth is very patient and lends a good hear. We are still pondering what might work for our needs and will keep an eye on his inventory.

Messaged the dealership myself and got no response, messaged the next day through the CarGuru’s app and got a message saying the car was available and wouldn’t like to schedule an appointment to come test drive. I responded and never got a response back. It’s a shame, I really wanted this car, but I don’t have the time to wait around on a dealership that’s not it wrested in selling a car. 🤷‍♂️

I been there before. I’m very pleased with their staff ,very knowledgeable.

Perfect couldn’t have gone any better from talking to them on the phone to making sure the truck was ready to go when I got to the dealership

Truck was accurately represented. Staff was great. Sale and financing was smooth.

they have never reached out to me
