I was in text contact about a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500. I had all my question answered and decided to get the truck. I scheduled a pre purchase inspection. And had shipping set up. The day before the inspection they informed me they sold the truck. Never a word that someone else was interested in it. Sold right under me. Luckily Quinton Mobile Mechanics who were awesome did not charge me a cancellation fee. I am very disappointed with Topline Autoplex LLC!!!!

Backstory, current 2008 Nissan Pathfinder is having some electrical issues six sensors they need to be replaced and the plugs it's that time so instead of spending 1000 I was going to use the 1000 to put some money down on a Lexus. They had three on the lot. All white one was from 2012 one was from 2015 and one was from 2018. Filled out the credit app with an excellent turnaround response time but noticed that my pricing was for the 2015 Lexus but the quote said 2012????????? I almost paid that and ate the $3000 difference because I really needed a vehicle but glad I did not. They would not change it.

Quick and fast

People at thise Dealership were very welcoming and helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted from a salesperson. The Salesperson we were there to see was not there yet. That didn't matter because that one person helped us out. Great teamwork. He took us out for the test drive and when we got back, the person we were supposed to meet up with was there. The financing was really quick and we walked out with what we had in mind. All in all great buying experience. I definitely recommend thise Dealership. Thanks to all the staff.

Bad professionalism. Dealer did not agree to the original contracted sales amount and prior to picking up the vehicle. The dealer increased the price of the vehicle.
