Dealerships near me (Bloomfield, CT)

Reached out to dealership, however they never responded by with any information.

Upon arriving at the dealership, I waited a while; since I had arrived early, I let them know, and they told me I could go ahead and enter. However, once I did, no one came forward to assist me. The vehicle has damaged headlights, and the hitch is completely rotted and covered in mold. The chassis is also moldy—the condition is truly excessive; my own vehicle is a 2013 Pilot, and its chassis does not show anywhere near as much damage as this one does. The individual who came out to show us the vehicle displayed a negative attitude right from the start. Furthermore, after showing us the vehicle, he drove off at high speed—so fast, in fact, that had a pedestrian happened to be passing by, he would have struck them with the vehicle. They really ought to teach their staff some manners when working with the public.

I was really impressed with the customer service at Axa dealership!! Miri and his associate was very helpful and took the time to explain everything as needed! The car met my expectations over and above and I highly recommend this dealership!

Made an important to test drive a vehicle. They sold it the night before and didn't call me to tell me. I went and wasted my time and gas
