Sales person never returned my call

First day I came, the car wasn’t there after being told it was there and available. Found out the GSM had taken the car for the day and didn’t tell anyone. I was in a rush due to an emergency so I admit that I did not get to read everything in detail the price of the car was $27k and they added OVER $10k worth of crap to the loan which they factored into my cat payment when I inquired before even meeting with finance. They added gap insurance (which is the only thing I would have left), two warranties that are good for only 36 months which were for windshield, dents etc and a regular 36 powertrain warranty’s. I am pissed after the fact but have to take accountability for my part of not reading things thoroughly. They totally took advantage and my payments should have been $4-500 cheaper! Enter at your own risk!

Car wasn’t ready..was told the car still needed differential fluids and a few other things to explain the dashboard lights when in actuality they were all for safety lane assist and a lot of the electrical features

My experience with them was terrible especially when them selling the car on price of $8900 at Car Guru, I went in to buy the car cash, and the have all this hidden fees that added upto $3000 , with the car front pessenger glass broken damage wipes, damage trim on the bumper with 146, 000 mileage . Anthony was helpful, yet still my experience with them was not a good , I will never advised anyone to buy anything from them.

Predatory interest rates, exactly opposite of dealers where price is negotiable, I offered to buy it outright at sticker price and he said it would be 2000 more due to fees.. when he previously told me no fees at all. They wanted to dissuade me from buying it in full and get me to finance it at their small shady lender that they use that they probably get kickbacks from with the 30% interest they charge someone in the decent -good credit range who’s putting down 55% the price of the vehicle I only imagine what they’d do to a first time buyer with less to put down and less credit history then myself. I witnessed Alex lose 3 customers that day not including myself and I should’ve took it as a warning cause they wasted 4 hours of my time. Luckily I got a great car on route 46 and it was 1800 off sticker price, and if I did want to finance the maximum worse case scenario was 17% interest more then half of what Alex tried conning me into. Probably just a money laundering place I saw no buy
