Poor customer service if you are out of state. Decided it was better to drag me along instead of saying that the vehicle already had a down-payment and we're waiting for them to come back and finalize the deal. Wasted my time waiting for financing options after submitting my information on Wednesday and not getting answers until calling the dealership on Friday after 2 messages from the day before went unanswered.

Overall, the communication was pretty good until the end. The truck was sold and I wasn’t made aware of it. You may say no big deal; business is business. You’re right but I had planned to drive to Darlington to see/test drive the truck. We keep looking.
