Within 24 hours of purchasing a used 2016 Hyundai Veloster from this dealership, I discovered a significant oil leak that was not disclosed prior to sale, despite being told the vehicle had passed a multi-point inspection. This raises serious concerns about the adequacy of the inspection process and whether the vehicle’s condition was accurately represented at the time of sale. After reporting the issue, I was initially told the dealership would retrieve the vehicle, but was later instructed to drive it halfway to Ardmore despite the known defect. No loaner vehicle or transportation assistance was offered. I also contacted the Dealer Principal and General Manager directly, but received no response after several days. The situation reflects a lack of transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. Consumers should expect accurate disclosure and proper inspection of vehicles. I strongly advise independent inspections before purchasing from this dealership.

The dealer, Rafael, has been very helpful answering my questions. I am still trying to decide if this is the vehicle for me, because I think it is a little overpriced.

Went there 2 weekends in a row for the same vehicle was told they would bring it down from tulsa to okc and it never happened. Then made an offer on another vehicle and was never communicated with about the offer and vehicle was sold the next day. Overall a seriously bad experience give them a 2 for a salesman that stepped in on the first weekend. Terrible service.
