Dealerships near me (Berkley, MA)

I went in to see the car, but was told it was not for sale. It seems they put it on their website as a listing even though because of milage they would not sell it. I was having a difficult day, as I totaled my car and was trying to find a replacement. This car was a great match so I was very disappointed. What made matters worse was the person I spoke with that night just smirked when I told him how much worse he had made my day.

Great contact and very willing to accommodate my requests to take a test drive. We ultimately decided to purchase a different make/model. We did not go to this dealership.

Communication was terrible. Inquired about a truck via email several times, no response. Finally called and asked about the truck’s availability—said it was there. I showed up and not only was the truck not there, they had no trucks on the lot whatsoever. Wasn’t able to even find anyone to ask questions. Super sketchy place. Wouldn’t recommend

Service and communication was courteous and helpful. They did not have a 2026 ford van which we decided we wanted.

Dealer knew the car and was helpful in allowing me to drive and inspect the vehicle. Full tramsparency.

Charlie and Alex at Cars Primo were so very good Gentlemen, really nice guys, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If anyone i know is in need of a Car or Van, I am sending them to Cars Primo in East Providence.

The salesman had the truck running when we arrived… As it was a frigid day… The truck is clean inside and out, but it did not have the options that I wanted. For anyone looking for a very clean RAM V This is the truck for you.
