I was very impressed with the care I received from this dealership. They worked very hard to accommodate me in purchasing my Honda passport including letting me take the vehicle for 24 hours to have my own mechanic go through the vehicle before I purchased it.

The entire process was completely effortless on my part. Every single person I dealt with was kind and helpful.

I was never able to make it in, however they responded to my inquiry in a timely manner.

They put on tires so cheap that you can’t buy them in any tire shop. And I asked them to not try to sell extras to my son since I couldn’t be there. Yet they talked him into extended warranty which I specifically said we do not want.

The whole team was very helpful. Always a mountain of paperwork, but, the tech they use moved it along. I asked for a couple of things...and, they didn't fuss or "do the numbers". It was quite smooth. *Now that I have had the car for a couple of weeks...I have found the reason for its sale. It has a very complicated onboard computer system. You can really personalize many things. But ...it has a "fantom". I have come outside and and found all four windows down. I've had to reset the running boards a few times. The instrument panel keeps changing. It's not annoying yet, actually... because, I am learning the system well with all the practice. The window thing could have been bad with all the snow we just got, or for security purposes in a public parking lot. I will be contacting the dealership to see about firmware updates or a full system reset. But, on all...an Awesome vehicle, and a great sales team ! Best Regards, David S. R. Clark
