Dealerships near me (Beaverdale, PA)

Overall we had a very good experience. The only concern was their initial refusal to let us take the car to our mechanic to ensure all was well “under the hood.” They said he could come to their shop to check out the car. Obviously, no reputable mechanic is going to drop everything to do that. Thankfully, with some insistence on our part that it would be a showstopper if they didn't let us take the car for inspection, they agreed. We were happy to hear from our trusted mechanic that all was well with the car.

Called back going to look at it next week

Started the process of trying to buy through email since a trip to the dealer would of been a hike. Made offer, they wanted info on my trade, I replied w/ the info then... NOTHING! NO REPLY, ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. If you don't want to sell me a vehicle, put on your big boy pants and say it. Not even sure if I was dealing with a real salesperson or just they're AI chat bot. They even had the nerve to send email about a their huge savings on some truck 72 hours later. Responded and nothing again. Lost an easy sale but I'm sure they could care less.

Never got a response from the dealership about my inquiry on the 2011 Mustang GT they had for sale. A simple yes or no to if it was still available would have been sufficient but I couldn’t even get that.
