I hate to be the person to leave such a port review but I will explain my reasoning. As someone who is in sales, I understand 100 percent how business should be conducted and how one person can have a negative profound on your business. I initially called the dealership and spoke with someone and explained the situation that I had. They told me that they can help me with the situation that I was in which was being upside down. If you tell that to someone, the expectation is to help that individual at least in my professional experience and decades of sales experience. I spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership and this is the honest truth. It took me more time to walk outside of my vehicle honestly. I walk inside and I think the agent greeted me and just looked like someone who didn’t want to be there honestly. After I left no one followed up with me. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere but the agent at this location didn’t provide alternative solutions.

The process was long but overall good experience

The dealer was helpful and employees were knowledgeable.

I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership ! Dismissive Post-Sale Support .

Wonderful dealership experience, would have bought the truck had it been available.

Ask for Dixie she was quick and sufficient had the car I was interested in already pulled to the front when I arrived.

Never got anything from them

While I did not end up buying the vehicle I inquired about, it was an issue on my end and not theirs. The salesman Denzel was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable and helped me as an out of state customer with timely communications. Highly recommend!
