I requested information regarding the vehicle's maintenance records. A staff member from the dealership contacted me and said that the records would be provided to me shortly. After three days of waiting, I never received anything form the dealership.

Very poor service. I inquired on a car, they responded promptly. Good conversation until we got to talking about price. They were offering almost $10k less for my trade in than any other dealer. Telling me how my car wasn’t worth anything. When I mentioned they had never seen my car I was told it wouldn’t matter since they have been doing this for 30 years they know car values. Their car on the other hand was worth more than blue book just because. Then Anthony started talking about $2100 in fees above the asking price. As soon as I asked what fees he was talking about, all conversation stopped. This dealership is only trying to scam people. I wouldn’t buy a car from them if they were the only dealership in the world. Walking would be a better choice!
