I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it

I bought a used vehicle "as is" will never buy from a dealership again . They should not sell a vehicle that's needs to go to a garage and be worked on the day after it is bought. I personally would not sell a vehicle that I knew had something wrong with it without full disclosure and price reduction or repair before selling. I feel the dealership should not have sold a vehicle that was not at least checked out by there mechanic . Now I know why they had an repair insurance policy sold with it. It has been in a shop since the day after it was purchased and waiting on insurance company to approve work needed to be able to do the repairs.

Bait and switch, advertised a vehicle that wasn't available due to issues with vehicle, looked at other vehicles in price range but hidden fees doubled the price.
