The vehicle was available and I made an appointment and went to see it in person, liked it and started the trade in process with our current BMW. Unfortunately, the dealership sold the vehicle to another customer AFTER we negotiated the details and I submitted my credit application and my credit had been pulled. I had completed the steps and was told I was approved, but another salesperson had just sold the vehicle (while I was IN PROCESS).
