I Asked for a video of the vehicle because I am an out of town buyer and I had already secured a pre-approval from my bank and wanted to make sure everything was good since I couldn’t go see it. I’m military and was going to purchase it for my sons first car but that was over a week ago and got nothing, no communication at all then received a message asking if I was taken care of and when I said no and explained what I needed I was told the same thing about getting a video that they told me over a week ago. They don’t care about their customers that are shopping online horrible dealership buyers beware!
