I was working with the sales consultant and were down to the final numbers to finalize the deal. Then out of nowhere I receive a strange text saying that the car had some hold on it and it would be a couple of hours so we could finalize everything. Well it turns out that someone came into the dealership and purchased the same car I was looking at. I wish that sales consultants could have integrity and honesty. I was going to drive 7 hours there to make the purchase and was willing to do the wiring and transactions over the phone. But of course they chose the in person buyer instead of saying they were already in the process of selling that car. Very disappointing
