I did not get the car because they could only run $3000 at a time on a card. They ran the $3000 and was waiting for the next day to go back with the rest when he called to say they found a bunch of issues they didn't know it had and wanted to send the money back or help me with another vehicle! With no comments! The money was back on my card the next morning. Highly satisfied and will return to look for all our next vehicles!

Seemed OK, I was in exploratory mode so I cannot vouch for these people but no negative vibes.

Was looking at an 18 crv, inquiring about this vehicle, 24 hrs after I sent a request to see the car, no communication with the sales manager, once the sales guy got back to me the car had already been sold.

Real helpful , but did not buy a car

The salesperson was very nice, not a typical pushy attitude. Like every car dealership I have dealt with in the past, the back & forth regarding price, financing, etc done behind the scene hasn’t changed a bit. I assume unless you are paying cash, It’s almost always a very long day sitting and waiting for the paper work to be finalized and then SO much fine print documentation to sign.

Zahid and team were great to work with! I inquired, they got back to me quickly, had other comparable vehicles and suggestions, and we were able to, in a few days, have the numbers figured out. In less than a week, I had financing and had the vehicle purchased. As of the time of writing this review, I am very happy with the vehicle and really appreciate how easy the Alderman team was to work with.

Great dealer

Most honest and efficient dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately couldn’t get a deal done as I didn’t like the model of truck. But the dealer was no nonsense. Was willing to do a deal being 1100 miles away was so good will be recommending to friends
