Dealer responded and was upfront about the damage the vehicle had on its history

They won’t respond to inquiries in timely manner or sometimes not at all. The used cars are priced way too high and won’t see much reduction like they’re set in stone! Used cars sit in their lot for long time, that’s not good for business and pretty bad for the cars as most cars nowadays need to be driven daily instead of sitting and baking under the sun. I do not recommend this dealership.

My overall experience was ok for a dealership, I will say the number for trade in that Car Gurus is in no way accurate as to what they will offer on the trade.
