Great team, super helpful and responsive!

Dealership was helping me out. I was under the assumption when I first contacted them, the car was ready to purchase. The ad did say early access but what they did not tell me is that the car was not ready at this time yet. They sent me a credit app like it was ready to go, sent me the payment options and then called me and said I was approved, but the car would not be ready for 5-10 business days. I was ready to purchase the car within a day or so, so while that was frustrating, I said okay, I’ll wait then. I texted the sales agent asking where we were at with the timeframe of the car being ready and I get no response for over 24 hours. The next day, sales guy texts me and says “sorry, the car has been sold”. What!??!! Complete lack of communication. Also be aware that they tack on all sorts of additional fees for things they installed on the car. Says optional, but to have them removed, they claim I had to pay fees to remove them. Shady dealership. Stay away!!!
