great customer service. I have not been able to get down to Va to test drive as of yet.

My wife and I did our research and went out to Audi Arlington and we were simply amazed by the customer service and professionalism. Shawn and Jae were wonderful and got us in the EV we wanted, with the payments we wanted. I highly recommend Audi Arlington. Ask for Shawn he will get you squared away.

They were very attentive. Up front I requested online purchase and they said they could accommodate. However,in the end to close the deal they wanted me to come in ti the showroom. Which was not an online purchase. So I vacated the deal.

Our experience that day was amazing! Mr. Cephas and Mr. Wali were both amazing (just like all the other in the companie) they explained everything in details. In the beginning I was really nervous but Mr. Cephas made the service more enjoyable and Mr. Wali kept us company while we were waiting on my insurance call etc… overall it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience will highly recommend With all this information I did get my car the same day and they follow up the next day etc…. Just amazing Thank you so much for everything Ps: the person who took us out to try the car was very nice I’m sorry I don’t remember his name ☺️✨
