Unfortunately, my experience with this business was very disappointing. I made contact with the sales staff late last Friday and explained that I was interested in the vehicle and requested information. I followed up on Saturday and requested various items such as the Carfax report and videos of the vehicle. This took the better part of the day on Saturday. On that day I explained that I along with others would review everything and follow up a I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. On Monday morning I called the salesman and advised I would like to purchase the vehicle but requested the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by a local dealer. With the salesman’s help, I was able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection for Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I reached out the salesman to let him know I was waiting for the inspection report as I assumed the vehicle had been inspected. Shortly thereafter I was informed by text message that the vehicle was sold to someone else.

Great dealership. Samsung took great care of us. The vehicle had a great and complete description. Sam had a lot of patience in particular when I had a delay with my access to my insurance. I purchased a very nice Ford F150. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealer and from Sam. THANK YOU SAM, I love my F150.

Wanted to look at a vehicle from this shop and had called and attempted to reach out but never heard from anuoje so decided to just go to the shop during their normal business hours and no one was there.
