Great experience. John was up front about the vehicle and the cost. Family owned, smalltown feel, great customer service. He gave me a quick tutorial and a test drive. As far as above and beyond, he was kind enough to follow me to drop off my rental and send me home in my new car. Would definitely recommend Leavitt Brothers for honesty, smooth transaction and a great car!

I made an appointment online for a test drive. Got a confirmation for the test drive, and then got a confirmation the day before for the test drive. I showed up early for the appointment. Talked to the front desk. Hung around for about 30 mins. only to be told “The car was sold to another dealership the day prior.” I doubt they realized that I could hear them when the receptionist was asking all the sales and finance employees where the keys for the car were, and if it was sold. Everyone responded with “no it hasn’t been sold.” or “I don’t know where the keys are.” This was obviously a very bad “bait and switch”, that completely wasted my time. I would have appreciated the honesty if the vehicle was not available, but to get my hopes up, and waste my morning. Great job!

The car was not detailed, and needed alignment. Dealers fees were $300 above average fees. Nice new dealer, car presentation was not good.

I was running late for my appointment and texted to say that. When I arrived, they allowed me to look at the car that I was going to test drive and I immediately saw that all rotors were covered in rust. They then directed me to a waiting area where I sat for about 40 minutes. The waiting area emptied and filled up again, but I never got to do the test drive. I went to the front desk and canceled my visit.
